A deposit is required to secure your session date and time. all deposits are non-refundable.
Rescheduling - need to change your date?
please provide at least 48 hours notice.
your deposit may be transferred to new available date one time.
additional reschedule may require a new deposit.
Cancellations
more than 48 hours notice : payments beyond your non-refundable deposit will be refunded
more than 48 hours notice : 48 hours notice all payments may be non refundable.
Late arrivals
please arrive on time and ready for your session.
late arrivals may result in reduced shooting time
significant delays may require rescheduling or cancellations
No shows
clients who miss their session without notice will forfeit all payments made
Weather & Emergencies
for outdoor sessions affected by unsafe weather we offer a free rescheduling.
personal emergencies will be handled on a case to case basis
Photographer cancellations
If photographer must cancel due to illness, emergencies, or equipment failure,clients may choose between
rescheduling at no additional cost
receiving a full refund, including deposit
Copyright & Ownership
zshot photography retains copyright ownership of all photographs taken, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. clients receive permission to use their delivered images for personal purposes.
